GovBuddy Account: How To Change GovBuddy User Account Details

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

1.) Find and click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen next to the bell icon.

2.) Select My Account from the menu bar and you will see a screen with this on it:

3.) Please proceed to use the "Change" link most appropriate for your needs on the right side and follow the onscreen instructions.  

4.) After completing all the updates, your changes will be reflected on this page.

5.) You may be required to receive and enter a two-factor authentication (2FA) code and/or to receive and click a link in an email from us to verify the changes.

Note: Once you verify your account details, you can resume your activities on GovBuddy. If you do not see the images in this post you may need to create an account and log into our support.govbuddy.com portal.
